Full disclosure Gail is my mother-in-law and friend but I thought I would share my personal experience with her as my Realtor. My husband and I chose a 1910 farmhouse in the heart of Wilsonville. We fell in love with this train wreck of a house on .5 acres and decided to pursue purchasing it with all its flaws.
